Hope for Trisomy Equipment Grant

Hope for Trisomy is now accepting applications for gifts for children with a Trisomy diagnosis. Requests, limited to gifts of $500 or less, may include but are not limited to: therapy equipment, assistive devices, sensory toys, bath seats, and other special seating.

Grant decisions will be made quarterly (Feb, May, Aug, Nov) based on greatest need, funds available, and impact on the child's quality of life. We would love to be able to help everyone get the equipment and toys that will help their child make progress in development, unfortunately, we will not be able to help everyone. If you do no receive the equipment requested the first time you apply, please feel free to apply for the next quarterly review.

Guidelines for Application:

• Child must have a Trisomy diagnosis

• Parent or guardian must make the request

• Requests cannot exceed $500

• Specify item(s) needed and where they can be purchased. We reserve the right to purchase from another vendor, if seen fit.

• It is not our policy to give monetary gifts. Hope for Trisomy will directly purchase all equipment and devices.
